KiddieCity SoftPlay is a family owned and operated business. In planning our daughter’s first birthday, we wanted to ensure that she, along with her young and curious guests would be able to have a safe and fun environment in which to to celebrate. While we love our daughter’s baby gym memberships, I was struggling with the idea of not being able to transform the space in a personal way for her, but still wanted very much to utilize the equipment those gyms offer. So we decided to bring the soft play experience with us!

OUR OBJECTIVE
Soft Play gyms provide a sensory experience for young children in a fun, safe, and stimulating environment. We aim to create a fun, safe, and explorative atmosphere through our soft play equipment. While aiding in physical development by strengthening gross motor skills through tumbling, crawling, and climbing, soft play gyms also encourages creativity through imagination and promotes friendly social interactions.
KiddieCity Soft Play is recommended for children ages 0-5.
We pride ourselves on the maintenance of all soft play equipment placing emphasis on sanitation to help eliminate germs after each use!
WHO WE SERVICE
KiddieCity Soft Play services and provides free delivery within a 15 mile radius of 21117. A delivery fee will be administered to events outside of this zip code.
AGREEMENT
We need at least one hour for setup and one hour for breakdown. We can setup soft play gym indoor, as well as outdoor on flat land, grass, and pavement. We ask that setup area is dry and free of all debris. To ensure the integrity of the equipment for future use, we will not setup outdoors in the event of rain. We also ask that the soft play equipment is not exposed to direct sunlight, this will ensure kiddies skin does not get hurt on hot surfaces. If area for setup is unshaded we require canopy rental.
DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining deposit due the day of the event. There will be a cleaning or damage fee accessed to the card on file for any equipment missing, or returned in “beyond repair” condition.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of half of the booking deposit.Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the entire booking deposit.For outdoor events KiddieCity will fully refund deposit for cancellations made by KiddieCity due to inclement weather.KiddieCity soft play requires adult supervision at all times of kiddies in the play area to ensure safety.KiddieCity soft play will only be set up in a smoke free environment. No pets, food, confetti, silly string are allowed in or near soft play area. KiddieCity Soft Play will not assume any liability for any injuries, accidents, or even deaths associated with the use of soft play equipment.
